Desert-grown premium blueberries, engineered to scale.

Farmy builds the production blueprint for premium fresh-market blueberries — grown in the Sonoran desert around Obregón, Sonora, and harvested in the February–April window, ahead of the main Northern Hemisphere supply.

Validated Results

We don't project premium specs. We've validated them.

Based in Obregón, Sonora, we validate southern highbush blueberry genetics for desert conditions — mild winters and harsh summers — selecting for fresh-market performance. Growing in pots on coconut coir substrate lets us control the root zone precisely, and the fruit consistently meets premium specifications.

The Early-Season Window

Fruit in the market when supply is scarce and price is high.

Our system is engineered to deliver premium-spec fruit in the February–April window — ahead of the main Northern Hemisphere production, when fresh-market demand outruns supply.

The System

Four levers most operations treat separately — integrated into one blueprint.

Great genetics only scale profitably if the surrounding system does too. Farmy engineers the growing systems that let validated varieties perform in an extreme climate, capital-efficiently and repeatably.

01

Precision substrate

Pots + coconut coir

Full control of the root zone — irrigation, nutrition, and root health — driving the consistent size, sugar, and firmness the fresh market pays for.

02

Automated harvest

Designed around Kokan

Production designed around the Kokan automatic harvester — reducing dependence on scarce, costly hand labor without compromising fruit quality.

03

Climate-protected canopies

Rotoprotect shade infrastructure

Managing extreme desert heat, light, and weather risk — for consistent yield and pack-out where an open field could not deliver.

04

Closed-loop water

Treated & recycled

Treating and recycling water so blueberries can be grown responsibly in a water-scarce region — on a fraction of conventional freshwater draw.

Why It Compounds

A repeatable, capital-efficient system — not a single trick.

The result is premium-spec fruit in an early-season window, with advantages that reinforce one another rather than trading off.

A

Superior genetics

Southern highbush validated for desert conditions and fresh-market performance.

B

Lower labor exposure

Automated harvest reduces reliance on scarce, costly hand labor.

C

Climate resilience

Protected canopies and controlled root zone de-risk an extreme climate.

D

Responsible water use

Closed-loop treatment and recycling in a water-scarce region.

Who We Work With

From genetic validation to commercial scale.

We partner with investors and fresh-market buyers to take these systems from validated results to repeatable, profitable production.

For investors

A capital-efficient blueprint

A repeatable production system that pairs superior genetics with automated harvest, climate protection, and responsible water use — engineered to scale premium fruit in a high-value early-season window.

For fresh-market buyers

Premium fruit, early season

Consistent, validated specifications — 19 mm+ caliber, 11+ Brix, 60+ Shore firmness — delivered in the February–April window, ahead of the main Northern Hemisphere supply.
